What do I need to do if I live in spain and want to change my british number plate on my car into spanish one?
Where do I have to go apart from the obvious of going to the itv station and of course hiring a translator to speak for me. What do I have to obtain and is it a long drawn out process. Also any ideas of what it would cost.
