Toronto has a large Spanish speaking community. Most are from Central and South America, but there are lots of Spaniards too! Check out places on the west end on Bloor St. I've had more than a couple empanadas in that neighbourhood.

There are very few places where particular Europeans live any more. They live wherever they want, integrated with the rest of Canadians.
