You have to ask the Spanish embassy for their visa requirements.

No, Indefinite Leave to Remain allows you to live & work in the UK free of visa control, it does not grant you the same rights to freedom of movement within the EU as a British citizen. If you want to enter Spain for more then 90 days you need a visa. If you & your husband would like to live and work in Spain, as a citizen of an EU member state your husband has the right to have his family join him so you shouldn't have difficulty getting a visa to join him. However, once you've held ILR for a year you become eligible to apply for British citzienship by naturalisation so it might be worth staying in the UK until you've achieved this because once you have citizenship you can apply for a British passport & you won't need to worry about visas. http://www.maec.es/subwebs/Consulados/Londres/en/MenuPpal/Servicios/Visados/Paginas/visaappointment_services.aspx
