Where is a good cheap place to live in Sevilla , Spain

Where is a good cheap place to live in Sevilla , Spain?
Hi. I'm thinking about moving to Sevilla, Spain, and starting a business. I would like to live somewhere close or accessible by train to the historic center of sevilla. Can you please suggest some villages nearby? Is Carmona accessible by train? Also do you know of any good web sites where i can find houses ro Apartments? Your advise would be appreciated.

Train station is no longer in the Centro of Seville. It's in the Eastern suburbs. Carmona? by train? I think so. I don't really remember HOW we got there. I think we hitchhiked, but I don't think I would stay there if I were looking at life in Sevilla. It's not part of the outskirts or anything. I understand the urban sprawl is positively ridiculous these days, and all the barrios that I thought of as inexpensive in my day are now considered central and probably very expensive, but I liked the new part of Macarena for a nice part of town, not too far out. I used to walk to the center every day. I don't think I would recommend your plan, though. What sort of business? Restaurants are hard work, and I understand most fail quickly. Think your way through this very carefully, and make sure you know what the laws and regulations are. For websites, start with sispain.com and madridman.com. both have links to lodging in all cities.

The closest would be Camas, Castilleja de La Cuesta, and San Juan de Aznalfarache to the west, Mairena del Alcor to the east, Alcalá de Guadaira, Dos Hermanas to the south. All are fair and not too expensive. (I'd prefer the ones to the west even further out such as Bormujos, Gines or Espartinas) You wouldn't have to go as far out as Carmona. As to a business, these days it is not easy to start a business anywhere, especially in a country different from your own. If you have a special profession, it might be easier (Right now computer technicians are doing farly well, but most things pertaining to restaurants and hostelry are rather slow, and real estate agents are closing like mad for lack of business!) the following websites might be helpful... http://www.andalunet.com/ (this one is only in spanish) http://www.allseville.com/en/ http://www.viviendasdesevilla.com/ (for housing, also only in spanish) http://www.estateagentsespana.com/costadelaluz/sevilla_estate_agents_01.htm http://www.kyero.com/agent_directory/estate-agents-sevilla-property-for-sale-pgn1ppp20slt0srt6twn51578 http://www.infojobs.net/ofertas-trabajo/english
