I am starting a job, helping the president of our community and would like to have a rough idea on how much 4 pools of average size, not heated and chlorine treated would cost annually?

It depends on the running time of the pumps, chemicals used , size of the motors and pool use. Based on a 20X40 pool size,11/2 hp pumps running at least 12hrs a day I would guess at the minimum 100 dollars a month per pool including chemicals. 60 power 40 chemicals more or less. Just a guess, previous experience with commercial pools.
