whats the easiest way to make a home distillery to turn wine into spirit...I live in Spain so this is legal.?
i make red and white wines, i would like to distil this to make like an Italian Grappa or Hungarian Palinka

Buy a stainless steel pressure cooker and adapt it. Very simple to attach a piece of copper tubing to where either the pressure guage or vent valve is. Run the tubing thru kitchen sink for a cooling worm then to a receptacle for the distilled alcohol. Be careful !!! Do not boil your mash and still the 1st and last parts are pretty contaminated stuff. Best to work with someone who has experience untill you get the process down. A hydrometer is almost a necessity.
