This depends. If you're from a country in the EU, they can travel freely to you.

Can't EU citizens move and live freely in any of the EU countries? Please, forgive my ignorance.

It appears that your Austrian husband is not the father of your children and that the children have no right of citizenship in Austria or anywhere else in the EU. Beisdes neglecting to mention here that you are Nigerian (info gleaned from your other post), you also neglect to mention what kind of visa you are on. So there's no telling if you could get a dependent's visa for your children. As a visa holder and dependent of an EU citizen, you probably cannot bring your children to Spain. You would have to be a citizen, or hold, for example, a work permit in a category which allowed you to bring in dependent minor children. If you abandoned your minor children back in Nigeria, and did not check first to see if they could accompany you, shame on you.
