Best place in Spain to live in

Best place in Spain to live in?
I'm planning to move to Spain, but only cities or towns that are near the beaches or close to them. As well somewhere where room for an apartment isn't to expensive like 200-600 euro a month. I'm 18 and plan on moving when i'm around 20, and it's gonna be me and my friend

So what's your Question ? Where the 'Best' Place is to live ? - That would really depend upon too many factors to be able to give you a useful and accurate answer - Such as : Do you have kids to send to school?; If so how old?; Do you need to look for work?; If so can you speak languages or not?; Are you bothered for an area that is close to other Nationalities or not?; Do you have a preferred Climate?; Does an airport have to be close by?; If so, what airlines need to fly into it? If you can answer at least 2 or 3 of the above questions for us then we may be able to help out, as it stand any answers that you are likely to get are worthless.

There are loads of places to live, but you've narrowed it down so much to 200€ - 600€ month that it won't be easy. 600€ upwards and we might be able to find you something!

Your question is really vague. What is it you want? I doubt you're going to find any apartments for that kind of money! But look through apartment listings for any and all of the coastal towns. What do you plan to do there? Cause I don't think you're going to find work, unless you're a world-famous neurosurgeon or something like that.

We have no idea about how prices will be like in 2 years. A standard one bedroom apartment nowadays costs between 400 and 700 depending on the place. A simple studio can be between 300 and 600 You give no info about what you're interested in and if you have a look at a map you'll see Spain is surrounded by sea, either the Mediterraean or the Atlantic, not to mention the islands. So yes, there are lots of places with great beaches and depending on what you want to do or what you're interested in some places will be more appropriate than others, which doesn't mean absolutely best for everyone. If you provide more info, we can come up with better suggestions.

Go to Barcelona if you want a beach - I think Madrid is a far better city but it doesn't have a beach. Cities meeting your standards I'd rank: Barca - Sevilla - Cadiz - Vallencia. Also go to www.pisocompartido.com/ to find a place...your spanish doesn't need to be great; but it needs to be decent if you want to go this route because you'll be living with other students/early 20's people.

My recommendation is Majorca. It is not much expensive city. Costa del sol and costa duarada are good beach cities but accommodation are expenisive. Try for local agents to get more bargain rates.
